This world renowned luxury brand are currently looking for a customer service assistant to join their head office team in London. This is a 9 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone with a at least 1 years online customer service experience working for a fashion brand.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for always providing a high level of customer service to clients via all communication channels - telephone, chat and email
  • Keeping up to date with all product knowledge
  • Provide customers with product knowledge when necessary

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in luxury retail or customer care is a must to be considered
  • Online customer service experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Passionate about luxury fashion, current trends and different products
  • You will have really great problem solving skills, knowing how to handle a variety of different customer complaints
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Ideally available immediately

The Package:

  • Up to £22k + bonus
