We are searching for a Customer Service Advisor for a luxury sustainable start-up brand.
This is an exciting time to get involved with a brand from its very beginning.
The ideal candidate will have had experience within a luxury Customer Service environment within a Head Office.
- Record and log all interaction with customers.
- Be point of contact for all customer enquires via phone and email, providing solutions in line with the company policy.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services and promotions.
- Responsible for creating a best practice for the Customer Service department alongside management.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Experience working in a luxury fashion Customer Care environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced using Excel and Office Software.
- Salary up to £24,000.
