We are searching for a Customer Service Advisor for a luxury sustainable start-up brand.  

This is an exciting time to get involved with a brand from its very beginning.

The ideal candidate will have had experience within a luxury Customer Service environment within a Head Office. 

The Role:

  • Record and log all interaction with customers. 
  • Be point of contact for all customer enquires via phone and email, providing solutions in line with the company policy.
  • Providing feedback to customers on products, services and promotions.
  • Responsible for creating a best practice for the Customer Service department alongside management. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a luxury fashion Customer Care environment. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Experienced using Excel and Office Software.
  • Entrepreneurial.

The Package:

  • Salary up to £24,000.
