My client, a luxury brand is looking for an engaging and meticulous Customer Care Manager to join their team.
- Be point of contact for all client enquires via phone and email, providing solutions in line with the company policy.
- Record and log all interaction with candidates.
- Responsible for creating a best practice for the Customer Service department alongside management.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Assisting with the company’s social media content, creating newsletters and blogs.
- Accurately logging returns into software using meticulous detail.
- Assisting with warehouse duties.
- Experience working in a luxury Customer Care environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experienced using Excel and Office Software.
- Problem solver.
- Salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience.
