My client, a luxury brand is looking for an engaging and meticulous Customer Care Manager to join their team.

The Role:

  • Be point of contact for all client enquires via phone and email, providing solutions in line with the company policy.
  • Record and log all interaction with candidates. 
  • Responsible for creating a best practice for the Customer Service department alongside management. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assisting with the company’s social media content, creating newsletters and blogs.
  • Accurately logging returns into software using meticulous detail. 
  • Assisting with warehouse duties.

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a luxury Customer Care environment. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Experienced using Excel and Office Software.
  • Problem solver.

The Package:

  • Salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience.
