Previous Head Office experience is required.

The Company:

The Role:

  • Involved in the after sales process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery of each order.
  • Cross reference invoices received in relation to the order from the supplier.
  • Invoice clients upon completion of all orders.
  • Live chat experience, communicating with customers over live chat on the website.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer care or after sales is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised, analytical and proficient in Microsoft Office and PPT
  • Self-driven and organised individual

The Package:

  • Salary up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus
