Counter Manager needed at world wide famous fragrance brand selling scents for both men and women.

The role:
- To drive counter performance and increase turnover and profitability
- Working to sales targets and setting team incentives
- Training, developing and coaching the team
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with Head Office regarding sales figures
- Developing strategy's and business plans
The candidate:
- Previous experience in management is imperative
- Fragrance experience is desirable but not necessary
- Must have experience in luxury retail or department store
- Must be immaculately presented
- Must be diligent and enthusiastic
- Must be organised and a great motivator
