Job Title: Luxury Production Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Four Seasons Recruitment are partnered with a beautiful luxury, sustaunable womenswear brand that specialises in feminine garments.
This fashion forward brand is looking for an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to lead their Technical and Atelier team, overseeing the whole production process from initial design conception, through to final production.
The Role:
- Action and manage the production critical path
- Manage a global supply base strategy ensuring maintenance of strong relationships, sourcing of new suppliers and negotiations of costing
- Responsible for resolving raw material issues/claims
- Chairing weekly production meetings, discussing weekly to do lists and offering solutions to the team
- Overseeing the in-house atelier ensuring staffing levels and budget are maintained based on seasonal projections
- Manage the Production and Technical Team (currently a team of 5)
- Work closely with the CEO, Design, Finance and Merchandising teams
About you:
- Have a strong understanding and knowledge of CMT/FF environments across Europe (Italian speaking would be highly beneficial)
- Experience in both CMT and FF process and product
- Excellent management and commuincation skills
- Ability to tarvel as required across Europe
- At least 10 years experience within Production and 3 years managing a team
