Job Title –Merchandiser
Salary - £50,000-£60,000 per annum

Four Seasons Recruitment are partnered with a high end/luxury, sustainable womenswear brand, specialising in feminine garments for over 30 years.
This fashion forward brand is looking for an experienced and highly organised Merchandiser to support the Creative Director and CEO.
About the Role:
- Reporting directly to the CEO/CD
- Collaborate with the Buying team to strategically develop the various ranges offered to customers
- On a seasonal basis, asist with producing reports, forecasts, promotion and buying plans which will help drive company sales and profit
- Generate detailed reports which highlight the company’s trading performance and make changes where necessary
- Ensure optimal stock levels to minimise overstocking, balancing profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on budget plans and reforecasts with senior stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product and inventory decisions
About You:
- 4+ years experience working in a high end/luxury womenswear brand
- Confident and articulate, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Able to build and maintain productive relationships within a team environment
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Experience working with EDI
