This well established and global Designer is looking for an experienced Head of Product Development with deep expertise in knit and wovens, capable of delivering innovative and commercially viable products while ensuring quality, fit, and cost objectives are met
About the Role:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process for woven and knitwear collections, ensuring alignment with design vision and business objectives
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to develop seasonal collections from concept to final product
- Managing critical path
- Oversee garment fittings, pattern approvals, and technical specifications to achieve the best fit and quality standards
- Work with finance and production teams to develop and manage product development budgets
About You:
- At least 10 years experience working in Product Development for a luxury brand
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with BOMs tech packs, and fit approvals
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
