I am exclusively partnered with our client in their search for a Floor Manager to join their Central London boutique.

… and you don’t have to work on Sundays as the boutique is closed!

The Role:

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the boutique, overseeing sales ceremonies and procedures, and promoting the commercial development of the boutique by supporting your team.

Furthermore, you will be a brand representative at all times, sharing the values and history of our client.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will work as part of the management team to support this high-turnover store, and you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Animation

  • Monitoring sales objectives in strict compliance with the Brand’s procedures and commercial policy
  • Organising the client reception and actively participating in the sale
  • Conducting morning briefings with the Boutique Manager
  • Ensuring visual standards of the boutique are maintained

Sales Team Supervision

  • Relaying action plans defined by the Boutique Manager and brand’s strategy to the sales team
  • Guaranteeing an immaculate attitude and grooming of the team
  • Supporting sales assistants’ integratio and skills development

Administrative Management

  • Monitoring schedules and alerting management based on daily and seasonal business fluctuations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Regularly reporting traffic and customer typology to adapt schedules to the floor activity
  • Opening and closing of the boutique

About You:

  • Fluent in English Top of Form
  • Experience in a fast-paced enviromment
  • Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of cash register and after-sales software
  • Passionate sales person
  • Team leader and strong manager
  • Knowledge of luxury market
  • Organised
  • Able to manage multtiple priorities concurrently
  • Excellent sense of service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and proactive
