We are working with a fashion brand that meticulously curates designs using intricate detailing and unique textures, ensuring that every garment is a work of art. The designers have taken the fashion world by storm and their pieces can be seen on celebrities across the globe. 

As the Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant you will be at the forefront of all customer communications including online sales.

Your Core Duties

  • Management of customer communications and customer orders.
  • Supporting the stock management processes with the logistics team.
  • Liaising with logistics, production and finance teams where required.
  • Reporting on weekly core customer queries.
  • Support with designing customer newsletters to promote sales and announce new product releases.
  • Provide customer service via social media channels.
  • Ensure order and logistics updates are processed.
  • Monitor inventory, track pre-orders and incoming stock.
  • Provide product and styling information to customers.
  • Research new systems to streamline customer service and improve customer experience.
  • Communicate with sales team to provide feedback on activity.
  • Support Ecom with ad hoc tasks e.g., reporting, photoshoots, updates to help pages, shipping and returns.
  • Act as a main point of contact for warehouse team.
  • Provide daily product upload and E-commerce support.
  • Ensure the website is maintained to reflect available product catalogue and shipping services.
  • Update product landing pages to include any necessary information / imagery.
  • Suggest asset ideas to improve website/product pages.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ecommerce customer service environment.
  • Highly computer literate in MS Office.
  • Experience using CMS systems.
  • Ability and readiness to interface with all levels and departments.
  • Experience with Zedonk.
