Project Milan to London: Completed
In October 2015 FSRL was invited to tender for the recruitment of all staff for a new flagship store being opened in London by an iconic Italian luxury goods brand.
As part of the tender process it is essential to meet the client at their HQ to take and discuss their brief in full. At FSRL we fully believe that time spent understanding the client requirements is a key part of the process.
Malcolm Costello, Director & Laura Korczyk, Manager - Retail Perms, travelled to Milan to meet the client. At the end of the meeting we had a complete understanding of their recruitment needs and the exciting business plans for London.
The brief was set – Four Seasons Recruitment was tasked to recruit an entire store team for a brand new flagship store due to open in Mayfair, Autumn 2016 and to present a strategy to hire the very best team.
The FSRL proposal was submitted and FSRL was subsequently appointed exclusively to represent the client.
The priority was to recruit the Manager after which the rest of the team was sourced, presented to the client and interviewed. Interviews took place in London & Milan.
Lydia Shemirani took responsibility for recruiting the team consisting of Sales Associates, bi-lingual Sales Associates, Stock Controller & Bespoke Specialist.
Through stringent and extensive sourcing methods, FSRL successfully placed the entire flagship store team.
