Fashion Rules - Kensington Palace
An exciting exhibition showcasing some of the most spectacular outfits worn by various female members of the royal family between the 1950s and the 1980s. One of the highlights is a beautiful Dior gown worn by the Queen to celebrate her Silver Jubilee. Royal outfits which were previously worn by Princess Margaret and Diana Princess of Wales are also on display.
Alexander McQueen : Savage Beauty - V&A Museum
This show has already broken the record for the most pre-booked tickets for a V&A exhibition. Using the late Alexander McQueen's bold and dramatic style associated with his runway shows, the exhibition showcases pieces from his 1992 MA Graduation show to his unfinished AW 2010 collection which was left uncompleted after the designer's death. This exhibition is the first of its kind and is a fantastic recognition of the late designer's genius.
