Harvey Nichols has come up with a “Click & Try” concept which combines both an online and in-store experience. From the leisure of your own home, or during your lunch break you can browse their fancy website which launched earlier this April. Once you’ve found a few items you like you can select the “Click & Try” delivery option for free. When your items are ready, a Harvey Nichols style advisor will contact you and arrange for you to come in for a personal appointment at their Click & Collect suite, during which you can try on your selected items, as well as browse a range of other items the stylist has selected for you.
