We have now come to the end of another really exciting Graduate Fashion Week, which this year took place in a new venue right in the heart of London’s most vibrant and fashionable district - The Truman Brewery, in East London.
Graduate Fashion Week is the world’s leading event for fashion graduates and comprises of exhibitions from over 40 universities, as well as seminars and workshops, interactive talks, pop-up shows, live photo shoots, catwalk shows, which is all round up on the final evening with their Gala Award show.
Showcasing the outstanding work from over 1,000 graduates it gives us a clear insight into the future of design talent and is the perfect platform for graduates to promote their work. In fact, Graduate Fashion Week is responsible for launching the careers of some of the most successful designers of our time including Christopher Bailey, who was the winner of the first ever Graduate Fashion Week Gold Award, Stella McCartney, Giles Deacon, Matthew Williamson and Julien Macdonald.
Four Seasons went along for the final day to check out some of the amazing work on display. Here are a few of our photos.
