Having been so successful in the UK, Missguided have since launched sites in the US, Australia and Europe, with the aim to go global!

MD and founder Nitin Passi gives us some insight into the current happenings of the brand;

We're now on the run up to Christmas - how important is this time of year for you?

As with most retailers this is our golden quarter. Competition is fierce at this time of year and we can already see many of our competitors deep discounting to drive sales. Our business has been experiencing strong growth throughout the year so we expect to see this is our busiest period to date.

You've recently teamed up with Nicole Scherzinger for the second time - how has this collaboration impacted the business?

It has been a success for the brand on many levels including increased brand awareness and sales.

In a world of ever growing 'fast fashion' - how do you keep ahead of your competitors?

Our proposition is value and being able to influence and react to the trends and sales patterns quicker than our competitors. Speed to market is key and we are constantly evolving our vertical supply chain to improve on our lead times. We also have a clear vision of who we are as a brand and what our customers want and our culture of constant innovation means we are always improving on this.

What's your favourite trend this season?

Unfortunately I can't wear the clothes we sell (well not most of them) but at the moment I am loving anything camel and leather.

What can expect to see from MG in 2015?

We are doing a lot of work to improve our web offering and current product offering. We have a plus size range launching this month and an activewear launch in Jan 2015. There are many other exciting things being worked on behind the scenes which are too early to release however I am confident 2015 will be the brands biggest year to date!
