To understand fully what is required we start all assignments with a discussion with you, the client, and the Consultant who specialises in the specific sector: Retail, Design and Development, Production and Technical, Wholesale, Buying and Merchandising and Head Office.

We have been recruiting in the Fashion and Retail markets for many years and have the benefit of an extensive database of interviewed candidates. We have referrals and recommendations that constantly provide us with new candidates seeking a career move in the fashion and retail arena. In fact over 20% of our candidate registrations come through this method. It takes over 25 years of specialising to create this reputation.
Our advertising campaigns in the leading trade journals and internet sites generates candidate response that is screened and interviewed in depth to validate skills, experience and qualifications. Only then is the candidate added to our database and subject to search criteria. All candidates considered suitable are spoken to in depth regarding each position prior to their details being submitted to our client. At this point the candidate has committed to expressing interest in the role.
If we are not successful there is no fee. That is our incentive to find you the right candidate all of the time.
Four Seasons will manage bespoke advertised recruitment campaigns, in targeted specialist publications, on behalf of our clients. We manage the design, production and placement of the advertisement.
Our Consultants take the response, screen and shortlist candidates who are interviewed. Only then is a shortlist of suitable candidates submitted to our client.
Our fee is based on our standard introduction fees with 50% payable on presentation of a shortlist for interview.
The balance is payable on appointment. Advertising fees at cost are payable by the client.
