Recruitment Consultant – Head Office (Production & Technical)
Four Seasons was established in 1981, we are a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in permanent and temporary recruitment services to the Fashion and Retail industry.

Due to growth within the business we are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Head Office team and to be responsible for our Production & Technical recruitment services.
Recruitment Consultant – The Role:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is to build and maintain strong client relationships, constantly generating new business for their desk and managing all aspects of the vacancy process from initial brief to placement. Consultants are accountable for the delivery of a high quality service to all clients and candidates and responsible for managing and prioritising the requirements of their desk to maximise sales and productivity.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
o Winning new business in your specialist area
o Marketing relevant candidates to clients via phone and email
o Cross-selling the services of other divisions
o Successful Account Management of existing clients
o Securing and attending meetings with new and existing clients
o Managing vacancy process from intial brief to placement; resourcing, interviewing and screening new candidates, submitting relevant CVs to client, arranging interviews, taking and delivering feedback, negotiating terms, salary and package.
Recruitment Consultant – The Candidate:
Key skills and attributes required:
o Experience within recruitment (preferably in a commercial sector) or in a head office function within the fashion or retail industry
o Able to demonstrate transferrable skills in sales or new business development
o Knowledge of fashion production and technical processes or a broad understanding of fashion industry terminology would be advantageous
o Self-motivated, pro-active and tenacious, able to identify and capitalise on opportunities, analyse obstacles and identify solutions
o Target-driven, able to work to tight deadlines under pressure without compromising quality of output
o Open, energetic and collaborative personality, someone who works with integrity, understands the importance of developing long-term partnerships with colleagues, candidates and clients
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
