As a VIP Sales Assistant you’ll be the face of elegance and outstanding style. Your role will extend from selling exquisite pieces, to creating unforgettable experiences for our Client’s exclusive clientele.

About The Role:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, offering a personalised service to each customer
- Develop strong relationships with VIP clients
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations
- Conduct personalised consultations
- Curate customised luxury product selections
- Offer styling guidance
- Drive sales revenue by engaging with VIP clients, showcasing luxury products, and maximising up-selling
- Exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate client interaction records for future sales opportunities
- Ensure luxury standards in store presentation and merchandising
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for operational consistency
Essentials:
- Experience with Celebrity VIP clients
- Achieving sales goals
The Package:
- Up to £45,000 per annum OTE.
- Yearly ballot to attend Paris Fashion Week
