Our client, a fine jewellery brand with a focus on exceptional craftsmanship, is seeking a Showroom Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the Showroom and Wholesale team in Central London.
This is a terrific opportunity for someone who has exceptional customer service skills, is very organised and has strong IT and administrational skills.
About The Role:
- Offering support to the founder and sales (direct and wholesale) team where needed during appointments
- Sales - able to build rapport, confidently present jewellery and close the sale
- Responsible for ensuring the showroom is kept to high standards at all times
- Visual merchandising – set up and pack away jewellery each day
- Supporting sales administration – client data and sales order entry
- Organise and manage repairs for all clients
- Assisting at showroom events and shows where necessary
- Responsible for updating all Wholesale and Retail prices and keeping track of price changes across all assets
- Assisting the Wholesale Manager with appointments, line sheets, order entry and follow-up
- Responding to Wholesale product enquiries
- Keeping the stock ordered, clean and in good selling condition – notifying relevant team members immediately where needed for cleaning/repairs
- Manage stock transfers and create line sheets
- Handle logistics for local jewellery deliveries
- Assisting to collate and analyse sales data for company reports.
