As a Sales Assistant, you will be passionate about the brand, representing the brand in their Central London Boutique.

About The Role:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, offering a personalised service to each customer.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
  • Conduct personalised consultations to understand style preferences and wardrobe needs.
  • Curate customised luxury product selections tailored to individual tastes.
  • Offer styling guidance.
  • Have excellent produce knowledge and styling experience.
  • Drive sales revenue by engaging with VIP clients, showcasing luxury products, and maximising up-selling.
  • Exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure luxury standards in store presentation and merchandising.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for operational consistency.

Essentials:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales target and driving a team.
  • Excellent skills in maintaining client relationshps.
  • Commerically aware, staying up to date on current trends.
  • Fleunt in English 

The Package:

  • Up to £40,000 per annum OTE.
