As Sales Assistant you will represent our Client to customers. You are a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and put your professionalism at the centre of the brand image, prioritising your Customer’s satisfaction and loyalty.
The Role:
- Ensure seamless store operations, keeping customers satisfied.
- Resemble the brand's style, maintaining their image.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive store environment.
- Keep track of fashion trends and competitors to meet customer needs effectively.
- Improve every step of the sales process, from greeting customers to ensuring their loyalty through good CRM/ Client outreach practices.
- Work with the CRM specalist to deliver the company clientelling strategy 2024.
- Manage relationships with customers after sales, handle complaints, and encourage brand loyalty.
- Know all products well and take care of them properly in the store.
- Arrange products attractively to enhance the shopping experience.
- Be aware of stock levels, help organize the stockroom, and participate in inventory checks.
- Help prevent theft, report any losses promptly, and follow company procedures for handling money.
